I just bought this game and I am near the beginning, after delivering the typhoon to whoever and then going to meet Sarif in his office. It seems whenever I select a dialogue option on the left of the dialogue options, the game shuts down and crashes to the desktop. So I select 'Take charge' which is on the left and it crashes, but if I select 'gamble' it will go through to the next round of dialogue, but then if I select 'placate' which is also on the left, it crashes again. It is very frustrating, and I can't seem to find any info about this particular issue, does anyone have any suggestions? There is a solution. I tried everything before I decided to try the easiet thing which actually worked: - deleted.dll /.exe files - revalidated the cache -played with steam offline -reinstalled the game - found old deus ex exe file on internet and used it for some time to no avail - my game kept on crashing on choosing the left dialogue option What worked was updating by drivers - I have an NVIDIA graphic card and I read a thread about old drivers causing the game to crash - installed new drivers, deleted deus ex exe file, revalidated the cache and it works!!!
